Hey, Basically they article offers no real proof. In 2020 the population of Florida was 21.73 Million and in 2024 22.9 Million people. So no decrease that I can see. It is Hot here though so I see their point on that haha Thanks for watching!
Florida sucks to live in. That’s the only real conclusion.
Some of the prettiest beaches in the world though! but it is hot and insurance is high so take the good with the bad.

Fair enough! i think it is set up well for a short term rental. As a primary residence it wouldnt really work for a family IMO.

Ugly color for a bathroom.
The new color is a light grey which looks a lot better than that original color. The house came down to the studs in most areas.
