How to play a ukulele - diy
This concert 23 inch ukulele comes with a nice protective Gray bag and a very helpful tuner. If you know how to play a guitar, this should be easy for you to pick up.
This is also very good for beginners (who have never played guitar) as it only has 4 strings. It comes with a very nice tuner that requires a watch style battery that is included in the package.
Just install the battery in the tuner and clip it on the head stock and you will be able to tune this very quickly and easily.

I use it for golf and I have noticed that I am less sore after rounds...I bought 2 and use at the same time 3 sets of high reps in the morning, same 3 reps at night. I just use them the same way I would do wrist curls with a bar on the end of a bench press, which somehow none of the guys who posted videos do it this way. When I was in high school I used the wrist roller with the wood bar, string and weight tied, and that was a killer, but at 50 I am not as crazy, but these forearm flexors do give a nice pump for sure.

I moved the wrist pad to about 1 inch from rounded side, easier to get hand in and pad is more comfortable during use.
