Complete the following drills at low speeds that feel relaxed and comfortable.
One hand 180's
Need one cone or garbage can to go around.
Technique:
-downward pressure on inside hand
-downward pressure on outside pedal
-press inside thigh against saddle
-point at cone with outside hand
-direct your eyes to the exit point you want to hit with your bike
Note: practice both directions

would you recommend a trip bike or road for this track? Is it a steep incline or quite flat
If you plan to be competitive then I think most will stick with a TT bike. The gradient is steady but not what most would consider a difficult climb. Aero position would definitely be an advantage.
