Is that all you can preacher Curl you wimpy bastard! Just kidding. I know how fucking heavy that is and I know that is absolutely impossible. I don’t think most people know how heavy that is. I am extremely impressed. I can preacher curl 45 pound plates, a 10 and a five but not that close. I use the far side and it is extremely heavy. 👍🏻😁

Nice! Is there any way you could recommend me a deadlift program??? I’m 160lb and deadlift and am planning on powerlifting for the school soon but in the meantime I need to get Dl up because I suck at it compared to bench and squat. I bench 280, squat 385 but deadlift 355💀. Thank you!

@@sokolov1971 большие веса убивают позвоночник, спину, колени. Лучше тренироваться весом 50_60% от того веса который сможешь поднять 1 раз. Техника выполнения упражнений важнее веса.
I deadlift 675 lbs this was only 595 lbs, That’s why I wear the belt to protect my back 🫶🏽

This right here ladies and gentleman is a fine exhibit of "Ego Lifting." Mans thought he was special cause he could do half a rep with an 80lb dumbbell. You'd get more benefit dropping down to 50lbs, and doing slow controlled reps with full range of motion till failure.
