How do I provide my case records if my record was expunged? I contacted the circuit court and they were not able to find any records of my case # but the pardon application states I must submit these documents with my application.
I just received one in May. Took roughly 15 months.
Did you have any references to helped with this pardon?
I got mine last year. It took about 13 months to get a hearing from the time I did the app. Once I got the hearing took about a month for the decision
I applied for my pardon 15 months ago. I reached out to the Gov’s office and they told me it takes 12 to 18 months to be considered for a hearing. I was convicted of a non violent intent to deliver drug felony. My offense was 23 yrs ago and I have never had a single conviction of any type of crime since my conviction. I lived in IL all my life and was never a resident of WI not even at the time of my offense. I’m currently still in IL to this day. Do you think my chances are any good and being granted a pardon?

Yes, I had a violent crime and received one. It was roughly 23 years old. I since owned a business and got a college degree. They didn’t ask me any questions so don’t focus on that too much.

Why don't you ever tell your clients that, They have the right to videotape the entire independent medical EXAM with a Witness, Answer: you like the system corrupt, the way it is, allegedly. 2nd part of the answer, any IME consultant who fabricated any answers that are false would be accused of FEDERAL MAIL FRAUD, something that has NEVER BEEN PROSECUTED BECAUSE OF CLOWNS PRETENDING TO BE ATTORNEYS. Never trust ANY WC LAWYER. NEVER! GOOGLE this: DOJ OPERATION SPINAL CAP, be sure you're sitting down so you don't fall down.

Just wanted to wish everyone luck who's considering or going through the pardon process! It's strongly encouraged to include character letters along with the pardon application. I noticed the pardon board usually asks why there are no letters of someone didn't supply any. The hearing are still virtual, which means you can attend in the comfort of your own home, or maybe attorney's office if you choose to hire an attorney to help with the process. Also, the hearings are live-streamed and then posted on TH-cam, so prepare and watch a few hearings to get an idea of the process and what types of questions may be asked. I got my pardon a couple months ago!! 😎🎉🙌♥️ I still need to find a frame large enough for it. I'm more proud of this than my college diploma. Haha. To anyone reading this: you deserve a second chance. Know your rights and use them as tools to be successful in life, in love, with your family and friends, and within your community.

What would happen if you don’t have a license and you are operating a vehicle and you get pulled over in Wisconsin?
Driving without a license in Wisconsin is illegal. Thus, you could face either a criminal charge or receive a civil citation depending on why you did not have a license. Good question.
