So, ten THOUSAND comments basically saying "Look at Whitney, this is what coke makes you do"! But of course, everyone reading this must understand this is the comment section on TH-cam, so 9,999 of the 10,000 comments, have been made by people who have absolutely NO CLUE about anything to do with cocaine, its effects, its outward symptoms or anything even about Whitney Houston! TH-cam comment section is like the worlds gathering place, of self proclaimed "experts" on any and every subject that can even be imagined! I don't care if you even are a world renowned true expert on a particular subject, because when you write down even a well known, simple FACT about the subject, some moron will immediately respond to your comment, telling you you're wrong! And just as quickly, 10 more "arm chair experts" will chime in on the topic, agreeing with the ridiculous comment saying you were wrong! One after the next, you can read through all of their comments agreeing that you're wrong, and it's as if a parrot wrote the comments! All saying the same basic thing, like "copy cats"... It's utterly ludicrous and it happens all the time. In fact, I see this happening on TH-cam comments more than anywhere else. Here's a few recent examples I was actually involved in discussing on TH-cam, which followed this same backwards, upside down responses and then the "parrots" all agreeing with rhe person who knows literally nothing about which they're talking. A personal friend of mine, who's a Catholic Priest, was asked a basic question about Christian/Catholic theology, dealing with the 'Trinity'. The 'Trinity' (the prefix 'TRI' by itself indicates 3) is very well known by billions of Christians to mean the 3 parts of the Trinity, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit'. Billions of people KNOW this is what the word Trinity stands for in Christian theology. So my priest friend went to start off his explanation to someone in the TH-cam comment section, and he basically wrote "Well, lets start with the Trinity"... "You know how the Trinity has 3 separate people in it, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit right"? And immediately upon writing that, the response came back from a "TH-cam expert" saying, "No Father, you are WRONG". "The Trinity has 4 separate parts/people in it that make it up"... An obviously ridiculous, stupid response. I assumed at first it was just some troll, wanting to start an argument over nothing, because he hates all priests. But shockingly, in reading the follow up comments he wrote, it became quite apparent he was NOT a troll and really believed what he was writing! But here he was, conversing with a TRUE expert on the subject matter, and no matter what the priest wrote, even explaining the prefix "Tri" cones from the latin word meaning three, this guy insisted it meant 4 !! And then like clockwork, one after the next in the comment section, all the "parrots" started chiming in, agreeing that "Tri" means 4, NOT 3, and that the Trinity in Christian theology is made up of 4 people, NOT 3!! They all insisted the priest, an true expert and scholar in theology, was 100% wrong as to what the Trinity is. The priest later asked me, How can you even have a discussion with people like that? And the answer is, You can't! Another example of one time with me directly, in a discussion about old cars from the 1960's and 70's, an subject I'm very familiar with. I was trying to explain to someone about when the imported cars really took off in the US, back in the 70's when it really first began. The discussion itself was primarily about front wheel drive vehicles, versus rear wheel drive vehicles. And this is something I witnessed first hand, being old enough to remember those times, and even working in the car business at that time for Toyota and Datsun. (Now Nissan) A main point I made, was that front wheel drive was mainly a feature of imported cars. American made vehicles didn't use front wheel drive back in those days. And even many if the smaller imported cars in those days, were made a rear wheel drive for the US market. Immediately, a person writes, ALL front wheel drive cars were US made! And, not just that but also, US car manufacturers were building and selling front wheel drive cars way before the 70's and front wheel drive was very popular in the US back to the 1940's! Again, this comment is just utterly ignorant, and couldn't be any more wrong! Then came the "parrots". The first one wrote, "Well, the US built the Cadillac Eldorado's and the Buick Rivieras back then, and they were front wheel drive". Of course NONE of them addressing anything in particular, all just listing those 2 vehicles like the comment right before theirs! The fact was I never said we never made any! To the point where almost every car today is FWD. If you want RWD today, you have to search out from a very limited number of vehicles that are still available in rear wheel drive! Bottom line, its nearly impossible to have an intelligent dialog with someone on TH-cam! Because even IF they're serious and want to learn something you happen to know about, when you write to teach them about these things, 10 morons will jump into the conversation all parroting each other, and saying how the true expert is WRONG!! It makes it nearly impossible to have meaningful dialog with someone. I'm not sure how or why, all these "zoomers" & "millennials" came to believe they're so smart and everyone else is stupid??? Or how they get an idea in their head, how they think something came about in history, and just because they made it up in their own head, they then believe it, and then tell people about it as if it's an actual FACT! It's like these people who'v never had even an hour of training on something, never went to specialty school or had any formal education on a particular subject, so they know NOTHING about it, BUT, then they watch a 3 minute video on the subject, made by someone who may or may not even know much, and by watching that 3 minute video they could only make it half way through, they then believe they know all there is to know about any & every subject!! We live in VERY strange times people. And personally, it's my belief that all of these issues/problems are connected in some way. We have an overall break down happening in society. Kids coming of age and finding out they're clueless about the world around them. And finding out they're NOT the best at everything they do. They're not the best, smartest person in the room. Finding out all at once, that Mommy has been lying to them their entire lives, by telling them they're the best! Hell, these kids today don't even know if they're a boy or a girl, and try to decide which one they're gonna be! With an intellect like that, how can we possibly imagine these young people are capable of making the easiest of correct answers in life's normal day to day problems? After so much thorough confusion day after day, they make the choice of either 'ending it all quickly' by offing themselves, OR, they decide to play shooting gallery at their school and take out their friends and teachers. These same kids have been told for years now, "they're the smartest kids ever in the worlds history" because they have the internet and have grown up with it. Unlimited information 24/7. But government studies show, young people today have the lowest IQ's ever recorded. In Texas last year (?) or year before, there wasn't one single kid in the senior class, that could pass the states random exam given out. So they had no graduation ceremony, because not one kid was able to pass the random knowledge test. They all had to repeat at least grade 12. Parents were outraged and demanded the kids be allowed to graduate anyway. But the state wouldn't give in. There was no graduation. It makes you wonder though, how many years before that, did kids graduate that didn't even have a proper high school education? I mean, the state found many of these 12th graders getting ready to graduate, were totally illiterate! They couldn't read or write simple sentences. They found MANY who could only read at a 3rd grade level or lower! Yet these same kids would sit and tell you how smart they were! How good they did in school, and how the teachers would tell them how smart they were! And they couldn't even read! Yea we have serious problems in our education system also! Not to even mention this latest, wave of young female teachers who all seem to be molesting their 12 and 13 year old male students. Again, I think ALL of this stuff is connected! Whitney’s voice was damaged because of all the chain smoking she did along with the cocaine consumption. She had a procedure done on her throat in the late 2000s but did not follow her recovery procedures and fell back into old habits which ended up hurting her voice even more. That along with her emphysema affected her breath control, vocal cord closure, timbre and range. Her voice could have recovered if she quit smoking, drugs and drinking.
