You don't need it below level 30, because you can get orb boost from Luffy. After 30, you will get intimidation of orb boost by 1 turn, so you can change with something that can give orb boost 2 turns

She is limited character, can only be pulled on support banner. We need Luffy special on final stage so Brulee can reduce Luffy cooldown charge. You can swap with "Nami - Celebrate the Astonishing Cruise" on the limited medal exchange, she also can reduce Luffy CD

keep in mind this video was posted last month when the laboon ship had boosted effects 1.6 attack and 2x HP. it no longer has that making this team not viable today

Do you have old QCK komurasaki? If you have her, you can use her special on the last stage. For Nami, you can replace her with INT usopp, but use his special in the last stage because he only reduces 5 special bind
