It's not that it got struck with a copyright, it's that ZUN doesn't want his Touhou Project to get commercialized; he wants it to be a doujin project, primarily produced by himself, the fans and indie developers, and with as little input from big companies as possible, so while he allowed the production of the episode, he didn't allow commercialized reproduction of it on DVDs and stuff.

I went to MAL to see what the OP is called but in their entry for this OVA they erroneously listed the OP and ED of the Memories of Phantasm anime lol (weird, considering that they have an entry for A Summer Day's Dream but not for Fantasy Kaleidoscope). And looking around the internet for the name and lyrics of the actual song in English was a lost cause so I searched for it in Japanese. There's a torrent for the whole Anime Tenchou sountrack on BakaBT but it doesn't have any seeders. So for now this is all we have unless we buy the soundtrack online. I did all this because I just loved the damn song so much. It has a certain 80's anime feel <3

Noriko was an awesome pilot remember gunbuster was really powerful that space aliens they wer takin out in diebuster wer nothin compared the the alines in gunbuster and Noriko took out 250,000,000 or so of them in one battle
Well I know this is 8 months late but here goes: If it's a Nono and Noriko fight Noriko would win so easily it isn't even funny. Noriko's buster machine was wiping out space monster in the billions, if I recall she was shot with 200,000 energy blast (one energy blast can destroy Jupiter moon, 200,000 would be insanely powerful) and she just used the busters cape to deflect it all and hand the space monster kick ass in a can.
