You are misleading people with your channel, promoting ''real estate'' in the Turkish occupied northern area of Cyprus. Anyone buying so called land and property in the occupied north risk losing it and their money, as the origin of the title deeds are not clear, and the original title deed owners would take action, as it was in the case of Apostolides v Arams, it's illegal. That's why reputable real estate companies do not promote in the Turkish occupied northern area of Cyprus.

A ghost town because the town was sealed off by the Turkish army to prevent the lawful inhabitants from returning, following Turkey's INVASION of Cyprus in 1974. Famagusta, according to UN Resolutions, should have been handed to the control of the UN, who then would have returned the town to the Famagustans, the lawful Greek Cypriot inhabitants. Instead Turkey and the regime in the north, have illegally opened the town instead of returning it, in spite of world condemnation. It's like I steal something from you or I steal your home and I don't return it, instead I do what I like with it. What a terrible state of affairs, disgusting. Another point, the majority of the population in the ''north'' area are Turkish colonists, setlers from Turkey, who outnumber the genuine Turkish Cypriots, the colonists are not the same, not Cypriot. Turkey is calling the shots in the northern occupied area of the Republic of Cyprus, and for that reason the Turkish occupied north is not internationally recognised. The only government that is recognised in Cyprus, is the legitimate government of the Republic of Cyprus. Although the ''north'' is not recognised, the whole of Cyprus is legally regarded as the Republic of Cyprus. You and your channel should get your facts right. Also, the Annan Plan was a selout to the majority of the population, the Greek Cypriots. It would have been a Greek Cypriot state and a Turkish Cypriot state - joined by a federal government apparatus, in effect still divided. It would have established a limited right to return between the territories of the two communities. Of course as the majority of the population in the ''north'' are mainland Turks, they voted in favour of this so called plan, this was beneficial to Turkey as well. Turkey would also have troops still in Cyprus. It was imposed upon the people. The solution is a united Cyprus, AND withdrawel of all occupation forces and setlers back to Turkey. The whole of Cyprus would then be an EU nation for the benefit of all Cypriots, Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots, including the gas and energy drilling that the Republic of Cyprus is involved in.
