1967 I was 11. My 21 y o brother bought a new Firebird 400 4 speed, black on black. I remember it well.

A TR6 was a high school friends first Brand new car, wasn't red ,it was fun not comfortable but it didn't stand up to New England's winters at all. After 1 or 2 he went to put it into first heading off to work when it snapped in half just behind the seats. Ruined his credit, couldn't afford the repair and it was just out of warranty. Don't drive it as a daily driver in winter.

No way that is a factory ST300 trans the way that car is shifting. It has been changed out for a 200R4.

This olds was a two tone car. DC Blue with White painted top, The paint is way off. Nov first week build of 1966 full tinted glass, AC, 2 speed auto, Long console, Remote Mirror, Luggage Light

The styling on that truck what a beauty.

I am glad to see that the wing windows were left in place. I personally don't like the look of the "modern" one piece side windows on a classic like this. Those wing windows make a great place to hold onto when driving. If I had the $$$, Merry Christmas to me.

SUPER NICE TRUCK

Too bad the person who restored this didn't replace the blanked-out dash nacelle above the steering column (from its original 3-speed manual configuration) to one with the gear position quadrant for the swapped-in automatic trans. Also, a "V" badge emblem would've been nice on the front of the hood and deck lid, since it's no longer a 235 six, and now a V8 conversion.

Back in the mid-1970s, I had an original owner 4-door (no-post) hardtop Bel Air with the optional 348 and TurboGlide transmission. Oh, what a joy it was to drive. It was in super cherry condition in two-tome yellow & white with an unmolested orig interior in two-tone green. The electric clocks in these are easily repairable. Most of them quit working because of years of dirt, dust and corrosion of the electric contact switch mechanism and main spring. Blow out the dirt, spray with brake-klean and clean the electric contact surfaces with Emory cloth and it's good to go.

One in a million. Priceless. It's way too cheap. The Chevy Apache pickups came with a Chevy 283ci, 230hp V8, with the GM Dual Range 4-speed Hydro Matic transmission. The GMC 100-8 Fleetside pickups came with Pontiac 336ci 200hp V8, and GM Dual Range 4-speed Hydro Matic transmission.

Would look a whole lot better if it had a more stock look. The lift kit and big wheels do nothing for it.

Absolutely insane pricing & Tires are completely WRONG for this. If it sits in a heated garage and Not driven, it is fine. Plus if it's an automatic shift-(It's Trash).
