White Sneaker Collection Preview

First video ever!! My white sneaker collection. Enjoy! 😉
I've owned this duffle (in a cognac python with the sunbrella lining) for the past three years now - it is, without question, the single nicest item I own. It's heavy though and you'll feel that weight when carrying it filled with stuff but it's built like a tank and I'm very aware it will easily outlast me. I've travelled everywhere with it; it certainly makes a statement and attracts many compliments, mostly from other 'sartorially aware' men. If you can afford one, I'd recommend it without hesitation - the only other brand I can think of that matches (or maybe even surpasses) this level of quality would be the Japanese brand Ortus but you'll pay a LOT more for the privilege.
I just got the thyme green ones that color is just wild I love it
Hi TY! are you open for a collaboration? We sell some great dress shoes, do you mind sharing your email? Thanks!
It might be just me but Real Leather Shoes Shop charges $50.00 for S/H as they are in the UK. As far as Magnanni possibly because I have quite a few pairs of shoes I have yet to ever have to resole.
that coach bags looks more like a tote
Great and super well made and thorough (seldom seen) video! I've owned mine for over ten years and FC's Signature Duffle is probably (imho) the most beautiful and highest quality Duffle bag there is. Greetings from Sweden
Is the dipped genuine leather with man made upper leather linning?
Defiantly worth it
Thank you for your take and honest opinion. I appreciate that you mentioned who these shoes are for in terms of budget and stage in their shoe game. Thanks Ty!
Great video Ty, is always!! I found your final take a bit surprising. Why neutral versus recommended? Like you mentioned, I was a little surprised that was your final take.
I’m interested to see how these Koio shoes compare to Common Projects! Is it possible you can do a video on that?
If you wear dress shoes everyday and move around a lot while wearing them, these are so much more comfortable to be in VS some other "luxury" brands. I'll wear Tom Fords or similar to a couple hour event, but 8-12 hrs at the office, Magnanni everyday. Double monks.
I sell a few hundred thousand dollars worth of new/used clothing and shoes on the internet every year and am about to wear a pair of unworn magnanni cap toe oxfords I got for 10 bucks at goodwill to a wedding next week. Given the $500 retail I should probably be selling them instead of wearing but I have no other shoe options at the moment. I will report back what I think of them. I have sold some vintage magnanni shoes before for $100-$200 per pair. Thanks for the video.
Thanks so much for your comments and for watching! I look forward to hearing how they worked out for you! Don't forget to subscribe! :)
Hi how do they size? Do they really size big and have to size one full size down? Thanks
That has been my experience.
One full size down, for sure!
@@tystake557 thanks 👍🏼
Great presentation Ty, as usual. However, I have heard that Vince doesn’t use real leather on their shoes. Thoughts
This is news to me.
Very nice review. I usually am not a huge fan of burgundy (Shoes or bags) but that color scheme yells Sophistication and Classy Swag. I agree with the interior- it’s not bad but I think maybe a checkered with some burgundy would have been a nice touch. I just personally purchased a bag and folio from Coronado Leather (Bison) That’s a dynamite bag and case- I hope you do more reviews on bags and such. Nice video my man
Thanks for sharing! More to come! :-)
We’ll done Ty! So what was your ultimate take on the Frank Clegg signature duffel?
Definitely worth buying!
The split was with the company now known as Lotuff.
I believe he provides the link to the company in the description…? At least that’s what he said/wrote in the video.
Thank you both!
I like the Common projects shoes. Can you do a collection video of those?
Just recently posted it. Check out my channel! :-)
thanks, great review. Out of the tumbled and the harness belting leather, which one is your favorite in terms of feel, practical use and construction and weight? Which leather would you recommend. thanks/
Oh I love this question! It's been one I've pondered with myself. It depends on what you're looking for. If you want rigid/solid leather that stands up on it's own, then I would go with harness leather. To me this is ideal for briefcases and/or wallets. However, if you want the supple, soft-to-the-touch leather but not as rigid, then tumbled leather is the way to go. This is ideal for duffels and backpacks. Hopefully this helps! Thanks for watching and more to come! 🙂
Very professional and informative. Thanks! 😊
Thanks Chris! More to come!
how did these hold up over time?
That's a great question! I'll need to do a followup video a few months.
mr! so breathtaking channel, :)
Thanks man!
