SPT (optional on wrx/sti) exhaust has STI logos on it, that’s the exhaust he’s talking abt
To clean up your edging you could maybe get some carpet diy roll from AutoZone or home Depot whatever cut an outline trim that way it has clean cuts with sharp scissors and with outline all the rough edge cuts and blend in with your carpet. ✌️😊
It is not illegal to modify your exhaust. It is illegal to modify your exhaust in such a way that it violates the 95 DB limit

Is there a aftermarket exhaust system that won't make the car sound like a supercharged weed eater? That i can hear 5mi away if the driver is blowing the sut and cobwebs out? And it doesn't sound like popcorn popping when its idling?Or when its shifting gears?
Did the same thing to my 2019 wrx but the screen dims when I release the handbrake and headlights are off. Does yours do that too?

nah this doesn't require a tune. i did this because i didn't get the hi-flow, so i just cut it off.

Could you share your wheel and tire setup including wheel offset? I have the Invidia N1 Catback exhaust and with Tomie ULE Headers. So I'm defiantly cutting off my resonator on my 2020 Subaru WRX. So that I can get more sound out. And the best part is that I have the Tomie ULE Headers. So that means I'll get more rumble sound out of it.

When you upshift is it the same? Biting point then gas?
basically yeah. it’s more of the teeter totter motion when upshifting, since you technically can’t stall when you’re moving. just do the biting point first then gas - then when you start getting better, do it faster
Will they only inspect the car for what it was ticked for, cause I got an emission citation but not an exhaust one, so should I only worry about the emission part ?
