I was literally diagnosed last week. And I’m 40 😬😬 but now I have answers to the patterns that have been wreaking havoc on my life. If it wasn’t for ADHD/Mental health TH-camrs I never would have realized I needed to get an assessment done. I thought it was just anxiety, depression, a touch of OCD 😅 but anyway! Let me stop before I ramble. Just thank you for what you do! You are going to impact more people than you can ever imagine if you keep it up. :)

My Ex was an avoidant. Each and every time we had conflicts, she withdrew and stonewalled. As days progressed she basically changed a lot, was rude, mean and ended up gaslighting a lot. When we started dating I was secure but then became extremely anxious because of how I was treated in the relationship. In the end, she broke up like the relationship meant nothing. Avoidants lack empathy and this girl didn't care about my feelings at all. Ended up mentally destroyed. I learned about attachment styles later on and understood why she behaved the way she did. Started working on myself. But the kind of trauma I went through dating this person made me look at people, women very differently. Now I don't get easily attached to anyone.

Girl Im the exact same with my allergies! I thought I was the only one out here almost choking on my food haha. The only medicine that has actually worked for me is Flonase, maybe it will work for you!
