I've been using benzac ac 5 wash for 7 days now. My pimples have dried out. My skin is more clearer now. I didn't use the gel because i couldn't afford it and i couldn't wait for the end of the month because my skin was really bad. To moisturize my skin i used cetaphil acne prone skin moisturizer because i already had it. Im happy with my skin, don't hesitate to try benzac.

Hi my daughter started using the the benzac gel with pure soap, it's been 7 days and no difference.She only use it at night only.Instead she has a terrible rash, red and itchiness. Did you have those side effects as well?

When you apply benzoyl peroxide you shouldn't be putting too much because it can cause more irritation..if skin too sensitive use moisturizer then apply the BP gel and leave it on for 2 hours and the i wash it off then moisturize my face again then apply my sunscreen as always by the way im only using in the morning because i use tetrinion at night and it really helps my pcos acne! Worth a try.

Ma'am.. i feel like we could erase the part where u used the soap bar and maybe, replaced it with a more gentle cleanser with no actives in it, of course with no fragrance.... Soup bar is so drying and will produce more oil and sebum which can worsen ur acne. After the first cleanse, pat dry your face and then cleanse it with the benzoyl peroxide cleanser....then, continue it with the gel and a thicker moisturizer. Slugging with vaseline would help too😅

You didn't do it correctly wash your face with bp cleanser mousturizer wait 30 minutes and APPLY A ThIN LAYER OF THE GEL

So you apply the 5% wash first leave for about 4 mins and then rinse off. Then apply the 5% gel and leave it on? (How long) thank you
