This is good I want to see a video on wear parts, maintenance and repair. I’m sure the larger machines have features the smaller machines don’t.

Can you load it backward

Put the blade behind you do you can stop yourself from sliding down the hill or if things go bad you can slam the blade down to stop you

What’s the make of that tilt attachment on your mini?

This only applies to soft soil. In hard clay this is ineffective, and will probably wear out your machine faster. A trench of hard clay will stay almost perfect either way you digg, so you should rather try breaking the clay in bits, since scraping takes forever.

My track is not keeping tension and it looks very easy to service the tension rod & seals thanks to your video :) Also, is there any chance you can offer insight into how to replace the bearings inside the front idler? Specifically how does one split the idler apart? I have a Kubota KX91-3 mini excavator and I cannot get the idler shaft separated from the idler wheel. There is a roll pin I've already driven out, but I still can't get anything to budge. Any help/ pointers would be greatly appreciated!

What about traveling sideways on a slope.

Never drive any Skid Steer or Trackhoe off a trailer backwards.. Spin around, reach out your bucket a ways and off ground a good foot, and drive off.. Backward can flip....

To prevent a trench from caving it, the operator needs to do consistent even pulls. Instead of just taking a scoop of dirt out instantly, pull 3" of dirt from the top 5' of the trench and continue with 3" depth scrapes. Nothing will cave in if you do it right.
