I had the same issue with the transformations last step (ddoors not plugging in completely). It happens when the feet are not 100% in the correct place

I do have a couple of things to say about this figure. I love it. It's my favorite figure I own, but that mushroom peg on the thighs and the waste always come undone. Sometimes for me, it's kind of hard to get him into some diverse posings when he's trying to fall apart all the time. And the axe is always loose in his hand unless it's the long version of the axe Then it's fine so I usually just have it in the shore version.
