Yes, Nykaa is really fraud I have ordered on 19 th july still I don't get it after so many postponed dates Whenever i am checking my delivery date immediately they are giving very second day delivery date After so many complaints, now they are not showing my order only as well not responding well I think I have loose my money on nykaa

We should boycott nykaa they r not working properly post sales

I have experienced Fraudulent by Nykaa twice. One and a half years back RAS Gua Sha box was delivered to me without the product. Today products were not delivered but the status shows as delivered. Their customer service is horrible 😢

I ordered track suit from nykaa but what they sent is just a top without pant.When i ask for refund they took more than 4 days to process and cancelled my return.Nykaa is really worst and fraud company.Paying 3899 just for a top is not worth it .But this stupid people wont understand the pain and worst customer service ever i have seen for such so called 🤬nykaa.Unki galti hai lekin wo kabhi nahi maante.Koi inko complaint karo strictly😡
