Now i know how to properly perform it with a heavier weight :)
She is flawed like a motherfucker , but stupid as shit Has a lot of Options , but always makes the wrong choices I guess its hard for her , to keep her legs crossed Some maturity for ya ass
Thank you. I tried to create my own method by altering the serrated punch but doing so upward and higher up. The next day my upper back and left should blade was in pain. Had to skip a workout day to recover. 🙁
. _If you aren't able to reach the place on your back with the ball , where you have the ache or stiffness , put the ball between a wall and that zone of your back to treat , this way it's easier to rub your back with the ball._
I am always looking for new variations! I do have a question ... at what body fat level should a person aim for for the sarratus to really show? cmments welcome.
Fast, straight to the point video absolutely great that I encountered with this video. I came up to this video because I am a boxer so the Serratus Anterior is mainly used in accelerating a punch so that you can change the video title as something that will get you more lead and views such as "HOW TO train boxer muscle" or "HOW TO improve your press movements" which will not only take the boxers to your channel but also the people who goes to gym. Great video tho I appreciate it!
Fabulous, sounds like fun 🎉😊
Thanks. A pleasant, informative and helpful vid
Thank you :) I am glad you found it useful. Have you given the exercise a go?
@Made to Move I have. I suffer with awful neck tension and it helps.
Why turn the forearm outward (externally rotate shoulder)?
Cool
You can’t see the movement. Should shoot this from above your head. Confusing
Serratus anterior need little fat percentage in body to be obvious no matter how much we work in it Do you agree with me
Dumb
I love ballistic haymakers. Combine speed with built density= 🎆
Go get em! 🙌🏽
Great video, pal
Why rotate out? Why not rotate in like the boxers do?
thank you, good vid
You do great work, Endeavour. Everyone deserves a chance to fulfil their potential 💙💙💙
Can’t hear him speaking
Thanks for letting us know Jeanne we'll get onto editing this so the sound comes through :)
Es genial!
Loved this 💙💙💙
Excelent!!👊🏼
Thank you Pippo :)
Interesting. I’ll have to give it a try next time I’m at the gym!
Thank you. It really is a great exercise. keep the weight low and aim for high reps (12-15).
I like it. Probably the best serratus exercise I’ve tried so far! With all the other movements it seemed difficult not to have other muscles take over like the traps or pecs. Thanks for uploading!
serratus is an underrated muscle mate, thank you for the information.
We couldn't agree more. Thank you Batuhan :)
Thank you. Could you do it a little slower and more visible please. Also more perspectives. Thanks again.
Thanks Sheida I will keep that in mind for the next series of exercises!
thanks for sharing .
My pleasure! I hope you find this helpful.
I liked the vid a lot! I've been trying to research for a vid that informs the topics in this TH-cam vid! 🧑⚕️ 👏Your explanation is similar to the vids of Doctor Ethan. Dr Ethan's tips are for sure knowledgable and he really helped me a lot on diet! You should really see his channel out and give Doctor Ethan a subscribe! ➡️ #LearnFromDrEthan
