I recomended more max HP because with higher hp you can survive till next ashura... for weapon finger shyntezis better it has chance to not using any sp while azhura so you can ashura 2 timez if you lucky enough

Also if you use cursed circle on an assassin or shadow chaser who has 500 flee, will it decrease their flee to 0?

I got level 5 cursed circle and found out that I can't attack when using the skill. Only can use gentle touch cure. I guess they nerfed it from iRO or will future patch let us attack?

Nope. Only melle atk works. Here the explation enchant work melle or ranged is based on what weapon you use... like bow crosbow is ranged atk but for gloves spear sword katar and other melle weapon is using melle atk % doesnt matter even the skill is ranged like finger offensive gate of hell cross ripper slasher sheild boomerang etc
