I'm in an evacuation zone, near the coast but not on it. We did not leave for Helene or Milton. I have a large aggressive dog, that i would never take to a shelter. I got water seeping inside from the foundation and a roof leak in a bedroom. We prepared for the ABSOLUTE WORST. Ready to lose it all. We were so lucky. Never lost power during Helene or Milton. Cleaning up from the water damage, but if we wouldnt of been here to stop it, our house would've flooded. Not everyone leaves, for many different reasons. Been riding out Hurricanes for 30 years 😅🫣🌀🥰

Sure, but not that much butter, it is going to clog your arteries. You should also try melting and bacing it while it's cooking, not leaving giant slabs of butter on your steak.

Hey Blair! I don't think it's crazy! I've heard a lot of people speak highly about it. I have been following a few carnivore & animal based creators on instagram for a while, but haven't taken the plunge. I was doing more animal based for a month or two, and have fallen off recently and feel like I have been consuming more of the bad stuff again. I don't know if it is the weather change etc, but I need to get back to cleaner eating! This grocery haul was a good reminder of what I have been trying to achieve! Good luck with your journey in finding what works for your body!
