7 Minute Meditation for Anxiety • let your thoughts drift like clouds
This guided visualisation meditation invites you to see your thoughts as clouds and watch them drift away.
Listen to this visualisation meditation when you feel anxious, overwhelmed or if your thoughts and causing you stress.
When you’re overthinking it’s easy to believe your thoughts and become anxious about future scenarios that haven’t yet happened. Your thoughts are not the truth. You have to stop believing them.
To do this you need to stop, slow down, and breathe. Once you come back to the present moment you have taken the power away from the thoughts.

I disagree, failure to achieve new years resolutions is not due to your beliefs about yourself, its the behemoth challenge that changing human behaviour presents. If i could prescribe a solution if would be a constant reminder to monitor your thoughts and listen carefully to the way you speak where no one listens
I completely agree: changing your behaviour is difficult because changing your habits is difficult. I would argue the only reason changing your habits is hard is because you live your life on autopilot which is run by your subconscious. Your behaviour is controlled by the way you have been programmed growing up. That’s why Aristotle said: ‘give me a child until he is 7 and I will show you the man’. If your subconscious belief is I am not good at exercising then you will find it impossible to create a new habit to exercise no matter how hard you try. Your behaviour will not change in the long term because your actions will back up your negative beliefs about yourself. You have to change your beliefs first. Rewire your subconscious first to believe you are good at exercising and you will take the necessary action to back up your beliefs.
What subconscious beliefs do you need to let go of to become your dream self? ✨

Coming from someone who never could ' get it' with meditation, thinking I was doing it all wrong- based mainly on the explanations of others, I gave up on " practicing " it. This has got to be theee best explanation of " how "... actual tools . By you sharing what Actually can go on, AND how to deal with it - which no one else has , that I've found- Really, Really helps. I'm not so wrong after all; that I feel much more comfortable to continue " practicing ", after hearing you explain Your version of " how to". Thank you !

@@Ahmedtharwat226yes I bet you have to spend so much time inside & on a computer… try and still prioritise getting outside every day when you have breaks for example and still try to adjust your body clock to the changing hours of daylight :)
