Dear gamer brothers first try being used to blade dodge and after that start learning takedown with catwoman ar challange which takes in desert part of panessa studios(there are a lot of simple bladed goons) after that you should master knocking out bladed brutes they are bit harder and they have four slashes and believe me if you have a chance to take a knifed brute with this move take it. Now combat experts(sworded ninjas) can be hard but after you feel the rhythm and get used to them it will be easy.
I reccomend using a few more gadgets next time. your combo flow is flawless but using gadgets and other take downs really bump up the numbers. all and all nice work
Been playing since Arkham city came out and I still cannot for the life of me do a blade takedown. I just jump over them and hit them from behind. Lost so many combos to blades
When you see yellow, hold counter and down/back. After each swipe they make, let go of counter and immediately press it again. I had trouble the first time I played, but there's actually nearly no need to time things (provided you don't have motor issues). I think people are trying to time them hitting counter just before the enemy attacks, when you actually just need to let go between swipes. So you've actually got almost a full second between swipes when you can quickly 'untap' counter. I'm terrible at getting 'muddled hands', but other than the first swipe being easy to miss if you're fighting other enemies, it's actually pretty easy to blade swipe once you understand what you're supposed to be doing (letting go of counter between each swipe, instead of trying to time your counters with them beginning their swipes).
@@GrandHighGamer could you say that a different way. So I gotta hold counter, the n let go for swipe, then hold, then let go repeat? Or hold, let go, tap, let go, tap
@@malikaminortiming the punches is really worth it, like with the advanced special combo upgrade you alrady get to to a special combo move with only 5x combo, but with the critical strikes upgrade all it takes is 3 punches and a critical hit, and before you know it you just started the fight with a special combo move ready
I can blade takedown normal thugs and sometimes brutes but do you have any idea how to blade takedown a ninja? I rarely blade takedown them cuz they’re fast as hell and I don’t know when they’re gonna finish their knife animation so I could blade takedown them.
Yea I do the same, they’re just too fast for me to reliably blade takedown, I’ll just hold away and counter till they finish. It’s such a flex if you learn it though.
@@buttscarlton3457 I will. I’ve been studying the ninjas for too long and yet, I can’t blade take down them without failing any attempts. The ninjas are my top priority. I will learn and master the blade takedown. And when the time comes, I will be Batman.
I got it down pretty easy, just go out of your way to play challenge maps that have the ninjas and as soon as you get hit by them restart, repeat until you can get the timing down. It honestly makes alot of combat encounters way easier then just taking the hits
Hi again . I have another question bro As you know in open world or in missions in batman arkham kinght after finishing the last enemy there are some bats above the last thug (enemy) for a while . But for me most of the time when i finsh the thugs in open world there is no bat above him . Do you know why ? I will be very happy if you help me🌹🌹🌹
The bats come in whole game not only in last.same for every game in franchise.idk exactly but mayb it's just you gotta fight min certain quantity enemy group to spawn those bats, the bats are just indication of xp sort of

@@jaredmccain7518 its one of the things that pisses me off. im not a great fighter by any means, but i know how to construct the fights so that i can take them all down clean, like taking down regular thugs and dodging anyone else or parrying only when absolutely necessary than moving on and on, but it can be a pain in the ass when im doing great than for some reason batman tries to hit a shield guy when my joystick is facing the complete other direction. i just feel like there should be some kind of lock on feature that can be easily changed during combat because just flying around the room hitting anyone is annoying as shit.
How do you do it? I tried to do it a few times and got stabbed

The blade takedown never works for me
What’s with the pauses in fighting? Is it to make it look more cinematic? Because if so your are succeeding

bro the first double counter into a strike looked absolutely PERFECT. so damn smooth
Legit lol like it was a cinematic
batman arkham knights combat, is easier than city and asylum, for many reasons, fight me about it if you think not.

Patience is key

Just hold back and triangle when you see the yellow pop up, then when he stabs at you release triangle and hold it again, repeat 3x then watch the ko.
The track playing in the background is called "Initiation Time"
The blade takedown is just so satisfying
Especially against the ninjas.
I just imagine batman saying: *E N O U G H*
i just let them stab me and then paralyse the bastard who did it
Am I the only one hearing bones cracking
“You know how to fight six men. We can teach you how to engage six hundred.”
