Yea the Jackbox party games are generally nice little party games. Especially good for those who stream it on Twitch as chat can join in the fun.
I had a good time with it. Perhaps at a different time of day when people are more awake I could give some of the multiplayer games in the pack a try.

I never do good in drafts. I just bought a hundred and fifty bloomburrow packs and made a green white rabbit deck. Currently at diamond. I like your singing voice. And you make me laugh.

Hello. I like bloomburrow, just came back to magic and put in an all nighter lol. I used to play duels as well. Did you ever play on the official client where you could mix all the duels cards together?
I used to play Duels on mobile. At some point they released all the cards, but everyone left the client and it wasn't as fun playing against the AI. Duels also made my phone really hot and drain battery quickly, so I was glad when Arena came out.
Cool to stumble upon the channel and this series. Been working through my libraries in a different type of way. Found out quote a few games I personally bought on sales I dislike for one reason or another. And having fun with som chill casual games I have been getting for free from Epic. Have a ton of RPGs that I need to get through as well,but those are just so hard to choose which one I want to actually play at the moment.
Sales are not always a good thing when you buy something you wouldn't normally buy; it's not full price versus discount, but rather discount versus $0! Glad you're enjoying your chill casual games.

So the main story of all the Cube Escapes is pretty important to understand what is going on. Because, yes, all the games are connected. Paradox is the sequel to Dale's journey in the cube escape games, but Dale only enters the story in like the 5th game I think. Have you played/will you play other the Rusty Lake games? They are also connected to the cube escape series. The movie is supposed to be watched in between chapter 1 and 2.
I played Cube Escape: Seasons and Cube Escape: The Lake. Did not realize they had a chronological order since the first two seemed unconnected, but started to suspect I was missing things as Cube Escape: Paradox went on. I'll definitely go back to play the other games in Cube Escape Collection before coming back to this one!
@@lettersyay1429 Yeah, there is an order (several actually, but the collection gives the most common play order of the cube escape games) the story is pretty abstract and vague, especially in the earlier games, but over time there are small bits that get explained. Like, in seasons you figure out that the woman died, but how is unclear. Was she the shadow figure, or was that a different person? Was it a future/alternate timeline version of herself? Was it a metaphor for her depression that killed her? CE: the lake shows you very little, but it does show that there is a black shadow figure that can attack, later on it gets explained what the shadow figure is, The rest of the games don't really make it super clear what happened exactly, but they do have more answers. 😁 The cube escape games and the rusty lake games all are connected, some more than others, some only feature the same location, but most of the time characters come back, or you learn the background or ancestors of a character, or the story is about events that are referred to in other games etc. The cube escape stories focus on the woman Laura Vanderboom and the detective Dale Vandermeer. They have sort of cameos in the rusty lake games, and Laura's life gets explored more in Undergroud Blossom. All of the Rusty Lake games and Cube Escapes are playable on their own. The Rusty Lake ones a little more than the cube escapes, you don't need to know all the back stories, but it certainly helps to know why the heck this weird lady puts on a creepy mask when her dead dad gave her one. 😜 You don't have to play all the games, there are lore and explanation videos as well, and a wiki if you want to know more. 😊
Old electrical plugs could in fact be opened and reconnected to a wire with a screwdriver. If you look up plugs from the 80s or older you can see a screw on them where you can screw them open to repair. Newer ones are solid plastic cast around the wires so you can't rewire them yourself. Safer, but also impossible to repair or replace if they break. The bird did not come back because of the fire, you played the music that Harvey likes (the tape said Harvey's favourite song) and then left without looking at the window. The music is what lured Harvey back in. Then you went back to the past again without looking at the window and you only read one line in the explanation before going back. 😁
