Great video. I use to work for them 2018-2023 . I left when they got rid of the shift pay program. They had me at $340 per day and off weekends.. i was on a decaded account. Only 350 miles per day and get paid $340 per day was super easy work.. After they got rid of the shift pay they put me on milage 21 days out 7 home and offered me .73 cpm. I tried it and it was to much sitting for me so i left. They treated me pretty cool but i can definitely agree with what you was saying. Great video.!

That's alot of money each week $1300-$2000 and 10-14 days off....can you explain what kind of off days program they have like if I work 30 days do I get 10-14 days or more or less what are the choices...also can you explain what states do you mostly pickup & deliver to plus what type of freight do you mostly haul?

It’s much better if you are getting fixed rate per mile. A lot of people say 1.50+FS isn’t good, but when I see things like this. It makes me happy I’m dispatched and getting that rate consistently

So you done a lease purchase with USA Truck and bought one of their used trucks sight unseen? I have heard similar stories from other lease purchase drivers. With lease purchase the company will take the truck payment and other expenses and the driver purchasing the truck may not receive any money. It's sad...!!!....

Why wouldn't you pass the drug test? The photo of the front door looked like West Memphis? Job hopping? Back when most of the USA Truck freight was in the north east. We'll going to the north east regularly was not much fun. They had the private rooms a few years back when I was with USA Truck. The shower arrangement was similar to what you described. USA Truck back when I was with them their professionals drivers had many Truck wrecks. The company had a horrible safety record. I use to read about all of the truck wrecks. Many were caused by following too close and the company would often say that many of the truck wrecks were caused by driver fatigue? About driver fatigue the company made all of the delivery schedules with no input from the professional drivers. I know when I would call the load coordinator asking for more time on making a delivery they were totally unreasonable? When I was at USA Truck they were a very unsafe company and they paid some hefty fines for some of their shenanigans. I never had any mishaps while driving but I had difficulty making some of the delivery schedules because of not enough time for making the trip. I haven't heard anything about their financial issues recently but I remember when I was with USA Truck they were having a lot financial issues part of the time while I was there. Rental cars or air travel they never did any of that while I was there. It was Grey hound bus or catch a ride with another USA Truck going to that city. Things must be better now?

I hear what you are saying about driving at night. But a lot of times it's difficult to find a place to stop at night for just a few minutes. It's difficult to drive all night or it is for me night time is made for sleeping. I was with USA Truck two different hitches. Most of the freight I pulled for USA went to the North East. I prefer the western states excluding California. Safe travels.

I h8 to say this but truck driving sucks. Driving a truck is cool but truck driving aint worth it anymore. Back in late 80s to the 2010s it was good, but now it's too much of a hassle for pennys. Stuck in it for now hopefully Draftkings saves me soon lol. Love your videos. Keep fighting the good fight.

Im so sorry thats happening to you. Maby better communiacton , and why work for anyone treats you like that. Time to move on. Better to be broke , than put that problem truck on the road and kill someone. You are dooing the right thing. Rember truck school , we are all dooing the 140 point inspecktion , once a week. We are all talking about bad or horrible service... You can google lots of symptoms , and theres youtubs on everythig. Get smarter and communicate with your mannager , gimme a different truck , or ill find a new job.
