      @@meetmakwana7046 iska matlab hai ki sabsai best running and walking without break constantly in an time. Hainn for weight loss through my real experience,that is 20,000 or 10,000 steps in 2hrs. or 4hrs. and food intake is very low but take food which have no suger , low fat , low oil .
