We live about 1 hour from you in Murphy. If you go to Ingles early in the morning, you can find reduced meat that was put out the day before. It is still fine but reduced in price. That's how I buy all of our hamburger. There are usually several types😊❤

can you say "OUT OF MY BUDGET"?! The first one viewed for $144,000., is 3x's more than my Clayton 16x80, 3br, 2 full bath manufactured home I bought in 2014 for $48,500. at closing. "Affordable Housing"?🤔

You do a really nice job of showing these homes! I don't know whether or not it would even be of interest to you, but have you ever considered getting a real estate license? I think you'd be very good at it.

Good luck finding unrestricted property to park it on. By the time you add property, water and sewer, you could buy a nice home with acreage.

I love the park models. Feels like a real home. You actually have space to live. I even like the smallest one. Twice as big as what I have

I loved #1, it had a bath and a half and a BATHTUB in the main bathroom !!! 😁 Plus, the double regular sink in the kitchen and plenty of room for a dinette set in the kitchen area plus plenty of room in the living room for a sectional couch...😍 They need more places in Indiana to park them year round 😢

It was lovely to watch, and we were blessed with 3 episodes! I want to re-watch the 3 episodes on TV, because I was watching from my phone while getting work done. Ii is interesting to see what impact light colors have (and the dark accents especially those barn doors❤!). I didn't see mobile islands in the tiny houses, but I think it is possible to have one if you have enough room to move it around. It doubles as counter space and place to put things and versatile to move for multiple purposes. Hope your back is getting better. The body needs time to heal and unfortunately can't be forced. I'm glad you are are getting the help you need. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you for the tour all 3 tours! I did notice that they are park models and I think you mentioned that in first video. Since they are 12 feet wide, one has to have a professional trucking company to move it, which is much more expensive. With the 8 feet wide tiny homes, you just need a one ton pick-up truck to move. You showed a lot of nice park models. Thanks again 😀

Great tour, thank you again. I wonder if they offer any with the sort of floor plan that lowers the ceiling for a portion of the downstairs in order to make the loft a lot more doable? I would either have to just have one level or do something like that, where the upstairs is actually functional.

Thanks for the tour! It was fun. I also liked the model that your sister chose (I liked the counter space & living area) but would've switched the location of the bathroom & bedroom. I don't like having to pass through the bedroom to use the toilet (esp if one has guests). Stay blessed.

Hi Mellissa & Kody! Thanks again for the tour! I actually liked the 1st & I think 2nd (3rd lol ) I like the porches of course. Then the one that has the loft you can see on sides of kitchen seems the ceiling is higher may be able to stand in the middle of the loft. Would rather the living room be separated from the kitchen; I'd turn the couch to face space with tiny dining table & put a TV there. It's great they have washer & dryers. Must've gotten a deal on those brown couches 😂. Definitely prefer not having to go through the bedroom to the bathroom . Fun tour. Hope you're doing well. Have a good weekend!!
