      Hello! The under eye area can be linked to hydration. Make sure you drinking plenty of good quality water.       Thanks for your comment. Firstly, it depends why the lines are there. It could be fine lines due to aging, sun damage etc. Or it could be because the muscles in the cheeks are weak and drooping. Lots of massage with oil will encourage blood flow and plump the skin. Plus, exercises to lift the cheeks will help. Even holding a big smile with the lips sealed for about 30 seconds will help strengthen the muscles here. Hope that helps!

      Hi 👋🏼 Thanks for your comment. It depends on the aim, I think. Massaging firmly with plenty of oil down the sides of the neck helps to get deep into the muscles and drain lymph. What we don’t want to do is drag our hands over the skin in any direction. I generally avoid stroking areas of thinner skin like the front of the neck in any direction. I prefer to strengthen them with exercises. I would love to hear other teachers’ opinions if anyone else is reading this 🙏🏼
