Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) is a national strategic program implemented in 2017. This program was implemented to provide easy access to land registration services at more affordable costs.
Prior to PTSL, sporadic system was carried out from 1961 to 2016 resulted in ±42 million parcels registered.
From 2017 to 2022, the PTSL was initially implemented with a mass mapping system and successfully captured ± 58 million parcels in 5 years (accelerated the procedure into an average of 11,6 million parcels from average 760 thousand annually).
To speed up the procedure, we have transformed the PTSL into what we call Integrated PTSL where we are making use of the photomap and carrying out the systematic approach.
Through the PTSL program, currently 110.4 million plots of land have been registered out of the target of 126 million plots of land.
Meanwhile, those that have been certified reach 90.5 million plots of land.
Land certificates provide legal certainty to landowners, increase interest in investing, and have implications for increasing Indonesia's economic development.
The PTSL program continues to develop along with its development, currently an integrated PTSL is being implemented which has a complete and integrated systematic land registration concept where the land registration procedure begins with counseling, movements for installing boundary signs, providing base maps from photo maps using drones, and involving the community in photogrammetric boundary designation.
