I may have a picture of this band playing. My parents had a band at their wedding with "The Mysterions" written on the bass drum. Unfortunately, they have both passed and I cannot ask them if it's the same band.

A big hit in the US from 1968. Issued by Kapp Records in the US on their world/international subsidiary label Four Corners Records. Michel Polareff, the composer looks strangely like a pro-wrestler in his photo at 0:55. Either that, or he had a "glam rock" period in the 1970's with that look.

So sexy and a really beautiful song by Doke. Jack Nitszche did such a great job on the arrangement. The guitar you hear, especially as the lead in, was non other than Glen Campbell and the rest of the orchestra was the Wrecking Crew that Jack brought in. Probably Terry Melcher as well. It was recorded on August 30, 1963 along with "Twinkle Lullaby".
