@@stevetucker8169there are two sets of u-joints just in front of the outdrive that allows it to pivot up and down. Running the outdrive in the range of full down and up to the indicated max up on your trim gauge is fine. Raising the outdrive higher than that is only meant for trailering, not with the engine running. The high trim angle put a lot of stress on the u-joints as you can hear in the video. At worst they can fail. You are at least reducing their service life and will have to replace them sooner than necessary.

Never, never run the engine with the drive trimmed up! Only when it is down in the normal operating position.

Totally doable hardest part is securing the c-clip in the boot and sliding it up in compressing it from the outside I've done it twice already
