    Another way is to keep it private, my dudes. Jealousy is a real thing, and you boys sound like you're killing it. Not everyone is a cheerleader. I really get a kick out of keeping things private, too, and making people wonder and speculate. No one is entitled to the details of your life. Not even family.

    There are things outside of our control. Sure. Find that spot and work from there. AKA, whatever your situation don't compare yourself to anyone but yesterday's you. Whatever your situation dont compare yourself, wherever you are in life, start from there and like it was mentioned in other videos add discipline and conviction.

    Some people truly don't believe in you. Maybe they don't truly know your spirit, maybe they're haters. Whatever. Some people in your family ask because they're worried and that's legit, they just don't know how to go about it. Either way, your resilience is admirable and probably what stands between a lot of successful and failed businesses! Definitely avoid the negativity and love the fact you guys are actively trying to bring people up as you make your way up. LOVE THAT SHIT! You're life aint great at $20 an hour, MAYBE if you work overtime, but in LA, I know you cited social media for how good some shift leader has it. II wouldn't trust social media for info, most people exaggerate to get views.

    English is easy my dudes: Échale ganas = Throw wants at it But seriously though, it starts with WHY you wanna do this. Everything else may come and go but if you have a clear WHY and that WHY never goes away, outside support is extra. 13:13 great advice from Juan, always love to hear from you guys!

    This is what I think people's attitudes have to be. WFG isn't for everyone and there are tons of things I didn't like or downright hated about their culture but you should always walk away from experiences with something positive you learned. Clearly all those team building events WFG had made sense, and events like the ones you're organizing WFG style make sense because they help morale. Weird Rona turn there, but I might as well say: If disclosing that someone is positive, idk if it is illegal or if it's mandatory to disclose, it would still be nice to let people know if you're showing up to work. Clearly you don't want a week with half your people at home sick. I don't speak for anyone but me but if I think I could get sick I just wear a mask and am more careful, I honestly don't think there's more that I can do. IDK what it looks like over there.

    Taxes wouldn't be so controversial if there were total transparency in simple terms for even hs kids to understand

  • @Booklover32
    @Booklover32 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Taxes are rough as a self-employed person compared to an employed person. What I learned is you have to set aside your own amount on your own (whatever that is) ahead of time as a self-employed person, and pay it quarterly. You don't have to pay it quarterly (and I didn't for like 13 years), but it makes paying taxes on your own a whole hell of a lot less eventful. Also, study taxes like you're going to college (or war). Only started that habit this year. What you save from reading a few Reddit posts a day (on mistakes people made) over time will save your bacon. You could probably use the money saved to go to actual college based on not getting those same penalties. Like Reyes the Entrepreneur said, he paid $30,000 in the first year to the IRS because he didn't know what to expect, so study hard and you'll save money.

    Not all people who do it for materialistic reasons are like this BUT, people who are doing it for materialistic reasons are at a higher risk of becoming the kind of people who have this "at any cost" mentality and they end up not caring about who they hurt in the community, be it ecologically, socially or economically, or even use it to justify neglecting important relationships in their own lives. With all that said, are there any books you recommend for people out there who still haven't figured out their "why" ?

    its, like you said, common sense to read contracts but I don't know if you remember, but most people who dont have the money ready, we wait to buy a car until we need said car and the dealers know it, they know you don't even have time to read the whole contract, that shit's longer than the bible and they can almost smell the desperation and urgency on someone who walks into a dealership and doesn't at least look middle class. At that point for people in this situation I would say that if you can avoid the dealership and buy yourself a reliable used car, go for it, you'll save, like Juan and Alexis have said here, THOUSANDS

Super-happy for you, I know the moral and values of your family so I not only know that you'll make an amazing father just like Juan and your dad, but I also know that kid will be surrounded by a wonderful community that will cherish and nurture her!!! Second of all, just like having chips around the house usually leads to snacking, having workout equipment around the house can lead to working out (accidental fitness LOL). You can use a treadmill, or dumbbell while you watch your kid, like not having to choose between fitness time and family time, fitness time can be combined with family time, and like you said, some things are easier said than done. Just throwing it out there. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk
