Hello. I just came across your videos. I have the whole 1985-86 Star Company set as well as eight of the MJ 10-card subset. Two have sold recently. I also have the Best of the New set from that year with a 7.5 MJ. I don’t do Instagram, but I do have Facebook. I’m new to this, so I’m not sure how to upload photos of my cards on here. I bought the set in 1989. The MJs were just BGS slabbed in November.

Hello Eric, I saw your video on should I buy a house. I didn't watch all of it, I would rather just ask you. I am : 59, single, USN-RET, on SS and in the Ticket To Work Program, currently totally debt free, live in a house my great grandmother lived in which is paid for and I co own with my mother and brother, credit about 750, qualify for a VA home loan with no PMI and no money down and no funding fee probably, don't want to use any of my cash or liquidate any of my rental properties or land, pre qualified for a $400K loan, but the house I want in the area I want is $700K to $800K. Don't want to go back in to debt, but don't want to stay in this town where poverty rate is 35% and we have no stores or infrastructure much. I am the caretaker for my elderly mother who lives here, it's a duplex, I was thinking maybe just a condo for me, but I would rather have a house, and maybe letting someone move into my side of the duplex to care for her more. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs not being used but for storage, I could also live up there and have a nice bedroom and office, but will need a shipping container or a place to put all the stuff or a shed and or rent a storage unit which I don't wish to do. well , im from chile a totaally non baseball country(it is played but very very amateurly), however me and a friend from morroco (also a non baseball place) we've been following and watching baseball for the last couple years , i didnt know when the world series started and this friend of mine who is from new york said he was gonna watch it ,and i was dem i gotta see that, luckily i could watch it by TV and it was my first world series game that i was ever gonna watch fully , and i was with a couple friends from ohio and this friend from new york over discord , watching and commenting and OH BOY what a game to watch live , gotta be with the dodgers ,i am since i follow ootani and yamamoto, now being in there mustve been freaking awesome , since the whole enviromment changes when u are at the stadiums , cheers
