I bought a new world record as a kid in 1976, and I was completely mesmerized by this album now and forever. This coming from a MASSIVE ELO fan as many of you are!

IMO the last Hurrah of ELO , from the end of this track it , all went "poppy " , and their existence as progressive rock band came to a screeching halt ." Discovery " confirmed for me that it was time to listen to other bands , as this was not the ELO I had known and loved in my teens

I love ELO. But this album had an awful lot of "throwaway" songs like this one.

I was 17 in 1977, such a beautiful decade for music. I bought this album on vinyl, still have it preserved as much as possible. I was always meticulous when playing vinyls to avoid scratches or other damage. This album is just great, takes me back. Thanks for sharing this, and hopefully it will continue to be just as popular with the newer generations

Musical genius and so underrated! Everyone knows Mr Blue Sky but few are aware of the whole work. ELO have so much talent and of course that extends to Jeff Lynne's part in the Travelling Wilburys and his film theme for Xanadu. One of my all time favourite albums and definitely the best side of an album they ever made. When I was young in the UK I’d play this when it was raining and often there’d be blue skies at the end of it. I remember thinking Jeff’s so good his music can even influence the weather!

This song always rises to the top for me.

Lei, vorrebbe tanto far credere a chi vuole decidere per lei. Lei che è questa, non quella!.. Lei che ama tutti quelli che non le fanno del male, ma che un giorno era tranquilla nella propria casa e Qualchuno gli ha procurato TAUMI, che non dimentichera per tutta la vita. Lei che quel giorno è stata ingannata per andar a fare una visita, invece l hanno rinchiusa per 12 giorni, so per aver cercato aiuto... Lei che è obbligata a far iniezioni per problematiche non sue, che hanno Dell incredibile..!!! Qualchuno dice di aver cambiato i documenti sanitari con il proprio nome(il mio era sano) ma hanno messo una di loro, cioè quelle punture con la diagnosi di.. SOGGETTO BIPOLARE E SCHIZOFRENICO. Così io sono costretta a star male, sto ancora smaltendo quella del 29/01///cosi il 24/02 /24saro obigata a farne un altra.. Vorrei che Qualchuno potesse aiutarmi, a non farla. Ho detto a quel medico che stavo male, ma non gli è importato. Ho detto che ho avuto dei grandi problemi, ma continuo ad averli. Non c'è la faccio più!. Credo che una persona debba poter decidere della propria vita, senza aver fatto niente a nessuno, perché dei criminali sono qui liberi e tranquilli, mentre un innocente paga per loro, anche in pagamenti vari... Loro vanno rinchiusi!! Loro sono responsabili, tutti insieme! Se potete aiutatemi a far CAPIRE A CHI DEVE CHE ESISTE LO SHOOTING E IL GASHLING... Said it before I'll say it again!!! There is not 1 person alive on this Earth that could escape the big wheel..... The big wheel represents everything. Food for the hungry, drugs for the addicted, money for the powerful who Want more, everyday people who just wanna survive, lonely people who want company, so called crazy people who seek some form of sanity..... Until you are no longer living in 3D. You can't escape the Big wheel. It is what you need to survive.
