Make your weeder longer or shorter by having it in retractable hollow pipe design. That way less bending will be required and the person can reach over a wider patch area --more weeding can be done at a faster rate, i think than presently. Also even a short person will be able to be more productive. If the basic stem remains the same and only the end part can be changed or replaced with other tools, the same tool can be used in more than one way eg. for tilling the soil or deep ploughing etc or even for transplanting depending on the design.
