It's maybe canon, since at the end of undertale, asriel recreate a body for every monsters (even amalgame) in same time of destroying the barrier with the power of all the souls, and the humain coffins are all open at the end of game, (so maybe that all the humain souls return to their body at the same that asriel free them).
