in my head malmsteen was already a monster the first time he pickep up a guitar
damn you're good
Best demo that explains of every potential of this beast, i have pair of 7 string for my next 7 string project, would love to hear this with diezel vh4 . Keep up the good works 🔥
Dude, big thumbs up for shredding Alter Bridge riffs!
Awesome tone Andrea youve got to do a vid of how you get that plugin tones
Its sounds like shit
@@tetaculomaraca let’s see what you can do, champ!
@@andreasevesoWhat does that have to do with how yours sounds? I'll be the first to admit i've made stuff that sounds worse than this, but then again, I didn't post it online and cry about people's comments. Maybe if you could take criticism, you would sound better.
@xsterawesome not crying at all. If I can learn something I’m in first line. Criticism is well taken when explained in a polite way. There’s nothing about criticism in “sounds like shit”. Btw I still like what I did 😂
mmmmm.... back when we could wear ear buds at work!😁
Bleed è sempre bella, anche suonata su un citofono 😂
Quando a un matrimonio ti scatta. L'ignoranza ahah
Are you using a rat pedal together with the n4?
Yes! It’s simulated in the fractal though, non the hardware version.
arguably guitarists are the most skilled technical instrumentalists but overlook composition in lieu of affirmations of their skill through compliments. something that even you have to do before you start talking due to insecurity.
If you say so
That shit goes hard
I see no pickup selector. That means you use 3 pickups at the same time?
The volume is also the pickup switch! It's a push push. It has only bridge (Humbucker) and neck (single coil) position
@@andreaseveso Wow, I never heard of that before. That is new to me.
Yes, we have too many choices. And that creates stress. People are psychologically not built to have as many choices we have today. It is a manipulation trap of the market to make us consume more and more. That leads me to the next given fact of the average guitarist... What is better than 1 guitar? 2 guitars
But 2 guitars are better than one 😂 Jokes aside, yes. We constantly want more.. in every material things in our life. I would love to see a set back and see people focusing on skills
The Bill Lawrence has lots of attack, indeed. I now understand why Dimebag Darrel loved that bridge pickup as well. This Washburn guitar is great also because it has a slightly smaller body which fits well with smaller people. I mean small people don't wear XL-sweaters either.
@@chocolatecookie8571 great point! Thank you for sharing your thoughts. The Bill Lawrence is a fantastic pickup but I think that this guitar is snappier due to the construction. It is snappy even with the neck pickup
🔝🔝🔝
🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
I agree 100%. You got a sub! 🍻
Thanks mate! 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Is this trembar longer than the other Lo Pro Edge trembars? The playing and sound is identical. Flawless. Magnifico./ 4:49 no, don't say that. Petrucci never went to Ernie Ball. It was a mistake in his history. He will soon be back to Ibanez. Nothing happened and we forget about everything 😛
Actually I’ve noticed no differences at all! Not a big Ibanez expert though. I’m gonna look more into it and let you know. Thank you very much though, I really appreciate it a lot!
@@andreaseveso I'm not an expert either however at 0:20 I noticed that you hesitated to use the trembar. It could be that on second thought you decided not to use the trembar but I see also that it is touching your leg. That's why I thought maybe the bar is longer (as it should not be touching the leg).
Sounds awesome! Great playing as well Andrea 👌
Thank you!
Quality intro hahaha that was funny. You deserve more views man. Keep it up!!!
Thanks mate! I really appreciate it! Gonna work hard on building something here!
as a guitar teacher, i found that intro skit hilarious
Hahah isn’t it real? I mean it happened all the times!
Jesus Christ dude, your playing is clean as hell, absolutely nice work! That must be fun to play along to
Thanks mate! It is! I always have fun with Dime stuff
@@andreaseveso Hey, I've got a video showing how to use Reaper to change presets and scenes. Might be cool for you to do this at the part where dime uses a harmonizer. Would be pretty easy to setup using the AxeFx. Idk what daw you're using but I'm sure the method is similar. I've got an AxeFx 3 but I'm also broke so I don't have a pedal or anything to switch presets or scenes. This makes life so much easier for changes and it's automatic so you don't have to worry about anything once you've got it setup.
🔥 What a SICK demo!! 🔥
Incredible playing!!! Nice guitar too!
Dude, you shred! Congrats 🤘
Nailed all the solos.
A fantastic player!!!
thank you very much!!
hey mate, for a 7 string guitar playing metal mostly (Trivium, Dream Theater for example), what do you think is better - omega, scourge, or nazgul in bridge?
I like the scourge a bit more as it has alnico magnet. Lately I'm kinda enjoying more alnico pickups other then ceramics.
Awesome performance, love that guitar
thank you man!
2204 is a 50Watt Amp. The original had 6550 power tubes.
Man, I haven't listened to Images & Words in forever! You absolutely nailed that solo. Well done my friend.
How did you manage to spend so much time without Images and Words? I need at least a weekly dose to feed my addiction!
thank you very much!
They were great guitas, I tried one in the them when the new Music Man came out, the Ibanez felt a better, after many years I tried the second iteration of that Music Man JP6 and get it, but that Ibanez was really great.
letting some art and colour into your live is never bad. considering prices i regret not getting that used jmp back then for 800... i missed the used reb beach they had in the shop for 400 by hours... and went with a used natural mahogany rg with qm pus. prefered the playabillitiy to the jmp. BTW: i prefered petruccis sound after he switched to earnie ball, fatter.
I hoped you commented a bit more on play-ability. How it compares to a modern premium ibanez guitar, based on the same model with offset dot inlays? Given that it's hard to get one this days, maybe I could get a premium and invest on making the changes to get close to it.
That's true! thank you for the feedback, I'll keep in consideration for the next time. the guitar feels and plays like butter, more than contemporary Ibanez production. Maybe is because the guy who set the guitar at the music shop is very talented!
Nice video bro! Just followed you on IG and TH-cam, waiting for the lovely preset
The solo's was so amazing...😮
The Holy Grail, unbelievable!
@@zsoltperei I’m very lucky! This is one of the best guitars I’ve ever tried
Great voice, excellent guitar playing, congratulations!
Thanks man! Really appreciate it 🙏🏻
Dude. With that axe fx 3 you'll get the same tone even if you're playing a 40 bucks beaten up brandless piece of wood with strings. Maybe just changing the pickups for better effect.
@@phabi0 I don’t think so. Actually I can feel very clearly guitars nuance. I have from very cheap to very expensive guitars and every single one has its own voice with the fractal as with real amp.
@@andreaseveso that's not what I meant, I mean the axefx has a tone matcher, so in the end you're able to achieve the same result. Of course you may have to tweak it for each guitar's nuances, but you don't need that specific Ibanez model to get that tone.
Cool!
@@CounterflowEntropy thank you! 🙏🏻 in my page you’re gonna find two more solos!
No amount of hype will make you play and write like John Petrucci back in the 90s.
True!
It's incredible how many amazing guitar riffs/solos he wrote then. Before the internet too. Humbling
@whatisanamelol he also was in his 20’s back then. This alone puts him on another level
@@andreaseveso Absolutely! You covered his solo really well mate, very well done. No hiding is the best way to play!
Spectacular playing! Bravissimo.
Grazie infinite 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Hi @Andrea Seveso, I've followed you on Instagram & subscribed to your TH-cam channel, may I have your Fractal Patches used in those solos ? what is the next step ? Thanks in advance.
Thanks! I sent you everything 🙏🏻
Fantastic tone.., is this Axefx III or Fm III please ?
Thanks mate! The precise answer is at 6:50
@@andreaseveso thank you, was not sure 100% my english is very bad aha
@@ProgKey no worries! Mine ain’t perfect ether. I’ve used in studio the Axe FX 3 into the UAD apollo x8 and at the music shop I’ve used the FM3 straight via USB
OMG is one of my favourite guitars of all time ! what a sound man !! ❤
Thanks buddy! I really like this guitar, I’ve never been an Ibanez fan but this guitar changed my mind
Nailed the solo's well done! Love this guitar. Great playing !
Thanks mate! This guitar is phenomenal
@@andreaseveso yeah it is. I got the N4 padauk. You're correct. It screams out percussive playing. I like your bumblebee cover as well because you play it correctly by backing off the gain a little and palm mute some of the notes. It actually does require feel for this piece and you do it well.
@Stringzippy wow thank you! I really appreciate it 🤘🏼really happy that you got the dynamic!
12k EUR ??? LOL
Yep sir. This is the price to pay. I didn’t price it 🤷🏼♂️
I picked up 2 JPM90's over the last few months, that solo was the first thing I played on them!
Wow man! That’s crazy! So happy for you. Enjoy them and play the sh** out of them. Unfortunately today’s market it’s becoming collectors only
Good stuff
