Been watching with interest -- any updates, good or bad (late Feb 2024)? Also, I noticed YW has largely removed the 250P ACDC from online marketplaces and their website (?) and also introduced something named the "200P ACDC." I hope that is just a coincidence. Don't know much about that.

Did you ever get the issue fixed? I have the same play in my intermediate shaft

You shaft seal is gone no guts

On mine the wire feed stopped feeding faster than the 2.0 speed setting

I got mine it worked on AC for about 3 minutes and then it only went to doing high frequency start only,would not transfer over to the arc flame.. they wanted a movie sent to them so they could see it !! told me to take the thing apart and unplug the front panel connector that front panel controls are. that wire harness into the board.unplug & replug did not fix it. they sent out another. and so far that one has been working..

Just keep contacting YesWelder until you get a good one, I've been running the ACDC 250 for almost 3 years and no issues - other than it doesn't max out at 250amp ;-)

Me too i have problem with electronic card. I weld 1 only minute and bug appear. 2 first button rest fix. The ampere rest fix too. Yeswelder ship me another tig welder and exactly the same problem appear. The electronic card is to cheap. I have mig 250 yeswelder too, I have it for 1 year and work great. AC tig have a lot electronic .... I have requested a repayment garantee.

These are the issues that I was trying to avoid with purchasing a welder did not want to have the menu screens in it I ended up getting an analog machine primeweld Tig-225x been a great machine this whole time no issues whatsoever even added a Max cool 3000 Tig cooler w/ a CK worldwide FL 230 flex lock TIG torch with 25 ft leads greatest machine I've had my hands on I've used Miller's and Lincoln's and it works right there up with them!

How do you connect it to myplasm? My ps4 controller wont connect. It connects bluetooth to the computer but wont control the cnc

That's the exact problem that I mentioned to my wife before I ended up buying my primeweld Tig-225x I was worried that if it had a menu in there like that that's something would go wrong with it and I wouldn't be able to use my machine my primewell 225x is all analog. My second choice of a machine was the ahp 201 XD and my third choice was the weld pro all three of them were analog I wanted to stick with analog machine so I didn't have that problem with the computer on the inside. Cuz all in all if you think about it you have high frequency start inside which is actually an EMP electronic magnetic pulse and that will affect any kind of microprocessor that's inside that's why they make lifting and scratch start for sensitive equipment.

Yes, my friend is China, it’s unpleasant, I also wanted to buy one for myself, but I’d probably better buy it in my city at our factory for the production of welding machines, or maybe I’ll take a chance like you, all the same, the price for it is not bad😊

Hello how do you connect the Controler to the Laptop by bluetooth ? o you need an aditional software.At my Plasm it only works by cable . do you have a goo idear ?

I have this same machine. I would contact yes welder about this issue. Please keep me updated on their customer service and the fix to this issue.
