I have been trying to see if it is safe to bleach over and this is the first helpful video I've found (and I've watched a good few now) so thank you and I shall be doing it soon!! Hope things are working out for you. I'm sure you've seen The Power of Vulnerability? I think it's true that in order to build genuine connections it's necessary to be authentic... and being authentic is often difficult because you're risking showing the real you. You ARE good enough! I know it's hard to understand that when you feel the way you are, and there is no magic cure, but I just wanted to add a small reminder that you are worth so much. You're so beautiful, intelligent, kind and talented. I know I only met you once in Tokyo but just hearing how you got to Japan and watching your vlogs, it's clear you've achieved so much so far <3 I know education can be a real bummer, and I cannot imagine what it is like to be abroad when all this stress is around :( but I promise you eventually you'll get through this and with spring/summer around the corner I hope your mood improves with the sunlight and warmth <3 wish I could be there to hang out with you and see Chiba prefecture but I'm not back in Japan myself until September. If you ever want to talk though or have a care package sent to you from Europe please let me know, I just feel guilty for not catching up recently as I've been so busy myself.
