RSA is at the bottom, is smaller in comparison & is a walk away from the town. Typical villain & hero representation (respectively). But also, NRC's main building is at the back. So when you enter campus grounds, there's a glimpse of campus life (hypothetically). In comparison, RSA's main building is at the front. So if you came for business, you go in, get it done, & go out. You're less likely to see the rest of the school. NRC is also closer to the natural vegetation. Whereas RSA is on flat ground. Representative of a certain C7 conflict.
