Shay: It's a dating app and you're already dating someone, so why do you actually want to keep it?
Lola: I just like knowing that there are other guys out there.
Goldi: What? Why?
Lola: In case things don't work out
Shay: Take down the photo, Lo
Lola: Why? What's the big deal?
Shay: It's of you and my boyfriend.
Lola: Other guys remind me that there are other options.
Frankie: Why do you need other options?
Lola: For when Tiny breaks my heart.
Lola: I posted a photo and Shay doesn't think that should be allowed.
Mr. Perino: Alright, let's try this case.
Lola: Ever since my mom took off, I've been afraid of people leaving me. Like, if I put all my eggs in your basket, what happens to me when you leave? But then I realised that being afraid of making a connection was making me lose out on all kinds of amazing stuff. Like being with you.
Lola: I just thought we looked cute.
Yael: And you wanted to threaten Shay with said cuteness?
Shay: Because you still have feelings for him!
Lola: Because you stole him from me!

Lola: Everyone thinks I should pretend I'm not sad, just because Shay's happy. It's like we're hurting and we're not allowed to talk about our pain, because it makes them uncomfortable. We have to care about everyone's feelings, unless our feelings are hurting their feelings, then we're not allowed to have any feelings.
Lola: We're finally having a girls' night, free of Shay and Frankie's pesky boyfriends. We don't get to do this very often anymore. I want it to be awesome.
Miles: If girls' night turns out to be a bust, you should come visit.
Lola: It won't, but thanks.
Lola: What is he doing here?
Frankie: You didn't tell her?

Frankie: We may have invited Jonah and Tiny.
Lola: Is there something wrong with me? I've always thought I was pretty nice to spend time with, except Shay and Frankie both invited their boyfriends just to get out of girls' night. I'm everyone's second choice.
Lola: Are you sure you want this?

Frankie: Can you imagine? I mean, what would people think?
Shay: If it happened to me, I would die.
Frankie: So, are we planning a baby shower?
Lola: Most definitely not.
Lola: I, I need a ride downtown.
Miles: You know we can't hang out anymore, right? Maybe you can take a bus?

Lola: I'm getting an abortion.
Lola: You know I didn't just decide to get an abortion. I've thought about it, a lot.
Shay: It's not like you actually had an abortion.
