Hello, watching from Brazil! If you'll allow me to give you a tip, I've been playing this game a lot, haha. Your village is beautiful and big, so in a battle it can be difficult to manage. I think it would be a good idea to build a barracks and then recruit people when there are threats of attacks, it will help you protect your safe and also in battles. Activate Alt+F3 (at least on my keyboard it's like that), when you activate it you will see all your inhabitants and in a war this can be essential for you, because you will be able to see clearly where your inhabitants are to lead them to fight. With the left mouse button you select one or more inhabitants, and with the right button you give them a command. When there is an invasion, just give this command and your inhabitants will fight for the village. If you already know this and are just choosing not to use it, please forgive me and ignore my comment. 😅 Good game!

You need to stop just deleting lines that aren't making a profit, and actually figure out WHY they aren't profitable. For example, your "Food > Gallop line", it had a rate of 25, so it can ship 25 food per year*, but your "Farm > Food L2" only has a rate of 19, and since the food processing plant needs 2 grain to make 1 food, your plant is only making 9 food per year*, so your food trucks are driving empty back and forth. If you had increased the number of trucks on the Farm > food line so the rate would be 50, then both lines would have been profitable. Also, empty trucks are bad for profits, so you need to look for opportunities for trucks to be loaded both ways. For example you can get rid of your "Steel > Machines" line, and have your "Coal > Steel" trucks take the steel on their way back, because they drive past the machines factory anyway, that way they make a profit in both directions and are only empty for a small part of their line.

multiple hunting and gathering huts and fishing docks, more cattle, sheep and chicken farms and more fields will give you more food

add a scarecrow in each field barrels and boxes around market and warehouses increase capacity

go vikings

you may want to build some work camps - they gather wood in an area automatically. without a good amount of wood, you won't get far ;)
