2-3 absolute big fail; 1) minor to major road joining, not stopping nor yielding for the major road user 2) turning right from all the way left lane instead of the right lane, 3) turning right not checking the oncoming traffic or dangerous driving +swan neck.
It’s generally 30 in all estates. Some of the speed limits may have changed since the video was done, but it’s safer to assume 30 when away from the main road.
Hi Brian thank you very much for the video, I have a question, though. In minute 18:50 at the junction, if I had decided to wait for the next green light to turn right in ( the advantage position) would that be alright?, or I would had got a level 3 fault?.
it depends on how hard your brake will be. If you brake hard when you could have just carried on safely then you can get a fault for harsh braking (under "React"ion to hazards if im not mistaken). No idea if it's a grade 2 or 3, but if you caused someone to bump at you or stopped very close to you because of the sudden braking, then it's likely to be an auto 3.
Hi Brian, thank you so much for the videos! I found them on your site www.adischoolofmotoring.com/tallaght-test-routes/ I had done 2 previous tests in Naas and failed (first time because I wasn't ready and the 2nd time because I got extremely nervous and didn't yield to traffic on my right just on my way out of the centre). My instructor suggested I test in Tallaght because I had the same tester in Naas, which didn't help my nerves. I only got a 2 weeks notification period because I was anxious to do the test before my permit expired and my instructor was on holiday so I had no time to practice with a certified instructor. I was able to get familiar with the route without driving through Tallaght and I passed today. Your videos were very helpful! Thanks again!

That’s great well done
Thank you. I passed my test first go around today, with a bit of help from your videos, so thank you ☺
Is it 50 or 30 in the estate? I really didn’t notice any speed limit on some parts

It’s same route for cat A motorbike?
I’m not sure, I’ve never done motorcycle lessons so I don’t know where they take you.
Thank you so much for all the videos. It helps a lot.

Tallaght please 🙏🏻😊
great video. thank you
Hi Brian are the test routes currently the same or have they changed?
darraghmolly They're generally the same, they can go a few different directions but because Naas is so small they don't have too many options
