Azeez was already going for the tackle when he slid. Then when defenders back off ppl complain for letting them get extra yards. Just outlaw QB runs at this point

Dude was committed to the tackle before Lawrence committed to the slide, I genuinely don’t know what they wanted him to do other than hurt himself in that situation.

I can understand where both sides are coming from, but at the end of the day people are still gonna quibble. Runner wasn't down by contact, but Azeez shouldn't have gone so far as to leave his feet to make a tackle on an already helpless player. TLaw did what he had to do to extend the play and Azeez did what he had to do to stop it. A little excessively, but...well, that's football 😬

It was close. He couldn’t have stopped, but he might’ve been able to miss. I don’t know what was the right thing, but the slide was intentionally at the first down line. So, it may have been a little late, but defender definitely couldn’t have stopped him behind the line. Seems like defender at minor fault
