Good morning SCC Family! Happy Mother’s Day!

1. What are some general things you are interested in? What are some things you are NOT interested in? 2. Based on Philippians 2...What are some ways that we can be like Jesus? 3. We want/encourage you to practice humility this week...let someone in front of you at the grocery store, run someone's errands, park farther away, put your child in front of you. How are you going to simply practice humility?

1. In what ways are you you reckless? And in what ways are those good? 2. Have you been renewed? Have you accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior? 3. If you have.... Joshua talked about how God uses different words for us than the words we use for ourselves. Do you believe and speak over yourself the words that God uses for you? I encourage you to do that this week.

1. Jesus has won the victory and He has victory even when we don’t see it. So, what is a victory you have seen in this time? 2. Do you believe in the resurrection? Why or why not? 3. Why is it a big deal that Jesus rose from the grave? If the resurrection is true, how does that change your life? How does it change your time, commitments, the language you use, your family, or your money? 4. Does this change when and where you share the message of Jesus’ resurrection? Who do you tell about the resurrection?

What are some of your favorite Easter Memories? Have you ever really thought about what the resurrection of Jesus means for YOUR life? What is your response to the Great news of Resurrection? Are we walking away scared...or are we running away boldly telling people about the glory of an empty tomb?

1. Just to get you talking... Are you typically someone who sees the glass Half full or half empty? 2. In our culture, we don’t like to see the good in things. We remember the mean comments and forget the compliments...Is your good different from God’s? Do you agree with what God sees as good? 3. We are NOT in control.... does that scare you? Do you feel like Not being in control is good? Maybe even goes back to last week for us to ask... is God’s Grace hard for you to accept? 4. God is going to use this to show us how much we need each other... Do we have people we can go to? We know that right now we can’t be together necessarily, but do you have people you can go to when this passes? People you can spill out your life to? 5. How quickly we forget what we ask for... have you asked for something and then received it? Some of us asked for more time, and now we have it? Are we using that time to reach others and to grow our relationship with Jesus? NOW...pray together.

Now that you are in Christ Jesus, and you are a masterpiece for him... Are you living your life like you have faith? Do you live as if you are God’s masterpiece created to do good works for Him? Do you live Ephesians 2:10?

Jesus is a free gift if we choose to accept the grace and forgiveness available to us... Do you find it hard to accept something you didn’t work for or earn? Why or why not?

What part/parts of your life do you need to invite Jesus into? What parts are you needing a vaccine in?... what parts of your life are you holding back from giving to God?

Do you feel sick? Do you feel sick of your sin? Do you feel stuck?

4. Do you know someone who needs the peace of Jesus? Who can you reach out to this week who needs to hear about the peace that Jesus brings?
