That's a cool rc setup. It resembles my crawlspace. But lots more trash. It's crazy how people leave so much trash behind in these jobs when working under there. IF you can find anyone to work under there without the "don't wanna do that job' price.

What type of rc are you using under there? I have a small rc car with a camera. It's tough to control/ retrieve it from under the house.

I wanted to run networking cable from my living room router to my bedroom computer. Watching this convinced me that I should stay out of dusty, dirty places.

No plastic tarp on the dirt floor. All crawl spaces for any house need a plastic tarp to cover all the dirt or the moisture will get to the wood. I actually went in my houses crawl space today to check something. (Been in there before) and when i move the plastic away the dirt is extremely moist and it hasnt rained here in 2 months.. the crawl space also needs ventilation. Mine has like 10 vents in the concrete all to the outside. These will ventilate it and keep the moisture down. Thials place has neither. This house also has ZERO insulation on the subfloor. All those wooden joists need insulation put between them. Million dollars my ASS.. is this place sells the buyers need to put in the contract 30,000$ at the very least to have this crawl space fixed properly. I also see a lot of joists that need replaced or supported due to them being cut and the integrity of them comprised at 4:35. That wiring is a mess as well 12ga wire. Good someone spent money to put nice thick wiring in the house.. versus cheap 14ga wire.. but you are not allowed to have that many wires side by side in a single spot like this. The wire also needs to be supported on every joist span

Has it been flooded? Looks like humidity levels were 200% I don't know much about what to look for, though. Could someone tell me, besides the obvious rotten floor above the joists, were those floor joists all water damaged or just dirty? Like I said, I don't know much about this, but it looked to me like basically all of the floor joists were rotting
