Emma, she is gorgeous. What a beautiful doll you found and for such an amazing price. Love the outfit. I bought all of my glasses from AG back when they were $10 each. I would use my $10 rewards and they would ship them for free. They don't do that anymore unless you call customer service. I hope you're able to find some 2nd hand!

Finally got mine last year, treated and got 2 for the usual going price for used dolls, way less than retail. Found one on FB marketplace last night that was a hot mess for ONLY FIFTEEN DOLLARS...before shipping!! If I wasn't moving/downsizing, I'd be on that. I don't care if the gurl has marker on her teeth, do want. (I feel less attached to many of the blonde dolls, but a bargain is a bargain.) Happy for you, what a find!! She looks so good cleaned up!

Hey Emma - I collect more that AG - and I was trying to figure out how to paint Barbie shoes - and discovered acrylic paint pens. Those glasses are fairly common and you could get another pair and try to paint them a lighter pink. The pens work really well and might be able to give you another option. ❤ Also…I remember being 21…18 years ago!

I’ve been wanting her so badly and I feel like she doesn’t come up for sale that often with the pin curls still intact. The seller is too far to meet up but she was willing to ship so I hope she gets here soon! That’s so funny, I think I got my 26 right around the time you got yours too.

What could I say? You are right: she is cute, really cute... more: she is really adorable with those blonde curls and her so sweet eyes. About the glasses, I believe that is better without them, but if you really want to put them on her, I find better the gold frames (Molly's style) ones. About the Disney's Ily dolls (never seen in Europe), they are not bad, but the American Girl are and remain another world, I love them 🥰.
