333=3×111=9*37. So 9^x=333=9*37 So 9^(x-1)=37. And x=1+ln(37)/ln(9)=2.6434. And calculator says 9^[1+ln(37)/ln(9)]=333.

Some unnecessary steps IMO. From 3^(2x)=333, it immediatly follows that 2x=log3(333)

"i" IS NOT plus or minus square root of -1. You don't understand the difference between "i" and the solutions of an equation.

Easy. Square both sides. i = ?^2. Square again. -1=?^4. Therefore: ? = (-1)^(0.25)🤣And so on, in ever-decreasing circles, until you disappear entirely.

The calculation is very short if you use that i=e^(i π/2) .Then √i = e^(i π/4) = Cos[π/4]+i sin[π/4] = √2 / 2 *(1+i) .
