Mind if I ask: what platform/OS are you working on? Not familiar with the task bar at the bottom of the screen

Importing a drawing or photo is very useful as a reference guide. What is missing from this demonstration is where the dimensions for the sketch 3 spline handles came from. It was as if you pulled them from thin air. It would be very helpful to understand how these dimensions were determined if important for the final result.

Between 22:55 and 22:58 suddenly the size of 10 was added at the bottom. Also vertical 20mm at the right. from the (central point of the scene). Not sure though. Just learning.

This was such an easy tutorial to understand, however on 3D printing, there is no tolerance and the bolt does not fit into the nut. What settings can I change to account for that? I've read that .4mm is a good distance between threads planes

Just gone through this one myself. I thought it went splendidly until the self check where my calculated volume was slightly off. I found this video trying to search to see if someone else had this issue. I can't for the life of me see where I deviated from the instructions.

This technique fails for me when attempting to use a guide to adjust the fill and form the "bowl" part of the spoon. I can get close if I select Samples, but I then get a super lumpy handle.

Superb, outstanding, excellent video with lots of new features taught. One small point: At the end, the nut appears to rotate opposite the thread direction. This should resolve by setting in the Screw Relation, but it appears AFTER the cylindrical mate (and its animation) in the feature tree. Thank you very much.

You could select the white background with the Magic Wand tool and delete it. Sometimes, it is easier to select what you want to delete, rather than what you want to keep.

Enjoying the video; however, I am at a loss to the reasons behind the steps (I can follow along but I am just acting as a robot and not grasping when and why I would do this). Can you recommend a goods fundamentals course (my goal is to take a 2d drawing, say of a animal and then convert it into a 3d model [rather than a 2.5D where I just apply extrusions])

I dont understand why you did some things "the long way" as I would call it. Why not do the thread removing in the sweep instead of the boolean? For the derive thing I get why you have to use the boolean. however, I did like the process you showed and the explanation of some of the math Edit: when inserting parts into an assembly you can just click the green arrow before placing it down and it will snap to the origin, if you havent figured that out by now
