just finished this film and wow was that well done.

i didnt realize this just posted. I just so happen to chose it because I was needing a good mystery. it is not a mystery but it is a very very good thriller.

It's hilarious what a complete, utter failure the Big Plan is.

Kind of a psychological thriller. But then boils down psychology to something as simple as 1 + 1 = 2. Simplistic, straightforward, no nuances.

William Russell has a little bit of that Sean Connery look and probably would have fit right into the role of 007

William Russell was well-built and good-looking but his face didn't lend itself to leading-man roles. He just looked more 'vicious' and 'violent' than 'romantic. By the early '60s his acting-career had nose-dived.
