The difference in the 1.22 remake and the old one is night and day with this choral piece. When I first entered the Lost Shrine I just stood there taking in the overwhelming atmosphere oozing from every angle and admiring the powerful and resonant vocals. It was magical; kind of like dropping in the City Ruins for the first time in Automata.
Don't know how there has never been a piano cover of this atmospheric masterpiece (or at least none that I could find). SO, I yet again decided to just do it myself.

The music in this game (as well as in Nier automata) definitely leaves its mark on the mind... some with nostalgic notes, others that symbolize sadness, but this one in particular inspires fear in my eyes and is a stressful moment in the game... The intensity you put into the notes brings me back to that experience, so strangely enough, I thank you for bringing me back to that emotional moment and for those chills!

Nice composition, but you gotta differentiate the different voices with dynamics otherwise they'll just sound cramped together.
Yeah that's true. To be honest I do find a lot of things that I either don't like/or would have done differently *_now_* whenever I go back to listen to my recordings. You're right about dynamics with this one, but I also don't really get why I chose such a fast tempo _(plus the random sudden accelerandos here and there)_ in the first place x) When I'm just relaxing and decide to play this I usually go slower. Live and learn I suppose heh :P

Really man what happened to Theishter. Discord invite link paused, youtube ghosted, no updates or notifications, doesn't say that he wants a break. Is he ok? Did something bad happened to him? Someone please tell me I'm very worried.
I used to be in his server - I remember he said he found something else he'd like to focus his attention on at the moment. Might return to doing arrangements sometime in the future, might not. No idea about why the Discord invite links are paused though. So yeah. He's alive and well, just doing something else for now I guess hehe.

i cannot begin to even imagine what words i would use to discribed this masterpiece of an arrangement. i felt every single emotions known to man during this whole video from this piece. i have loved this game series for many many years and it has been one of my dreams to be able to play one of the many pieces this game offers like this arrangement right here. i have no more words to say other than this was amazing and tear jerking and the fact that this does not have more views and likes is truly criminal. thank you so much for blessing us with this bro Edit: if you where to make a similar style of arrangement like this one but to snow in summer, i think that would be a massive W (altough i might be asking for to much lol) just a thought tho o.o
